Dr. Abdulaziz Alfadhli who has a Ph.D. from the University of Wollongong in Australia about the “Implementation of the provisions of Foreign Arbitral Awards: a comparative study between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Australia”. Holds a master degree from the University of Jordan specialized in resolving disputes, particularly in international commercial arbitration and methods of enforcing foreign awards. In addition, he is a specialist in the administrative disputes besides his great experience in administrative contracts.
